Here's what no one tells you when you're sitting in yet another meeting about your child.

You're not asking for too much. Your child isn't too much.

And that tension between knowing your child needs support and not knowing exactly how to get it? That's not your failing - it's why I'm here.

Your intuition about your child is your superpower. Whether you're dealing with ADHD, anxiety, chronic health challenges, or all of the above, you deserve clear answers and real support - not outdated strategies, more frustrations and waiting for "next year" to turn things around.

The truth? When your child has the right accommodations, everything shifts. Homework battles ease. School anxiety lifts. And that brilliant, beautiful child of yours? They finally get to show up as their full self in the classroom.

You don't need to become an expert in education law or master the language of school supports and 504s. You just need someone who gets it - both the system AND your fierce determination to get your child what they need. That's exactly why I'm here.

My services include:

I've woven two decades of direct experience in school leadership + the latest research + the shared experience of a parent navigating a system to create a roadmap for you and your child. From elementary school through high school, your child deserves to feel confident, connected and empowered as they navigate school.

The BEST accommodation is the one that works and a process that grows with your child.

A bit about me...

After two decades of building bridges in education (teacher → principal → executive director), I now coach leaders who are ready to move beyond the status quo.

Think less "that's how we've always done it" and more "let's figure out what's actually possible."

Based in Seattle (where summer sunlight stretches past 10pm and winter... well, let's focus on summer), I partner with education leaders nationwide to tackle the thorny challenges of modern schools - from AI integration to equity-centered practices that stick. My superpower? Helping leaders cut through the noise to focus on what matters most: creating schools where both kids and adults thrive.

Why Pulsehive? Because school leadership is a life force (pulse) that's strongest when we build in community (hive). No lone wolf syndrome allowed.

And I bring that into my work with families to transform the school experience for their child with ADHD, anxiety or chronic illness. Because the advocacy you do to make school work for your child will transform the experience for the better for everyone.
