Here's my story

Why I’m Committed to Making Schools Work for Kids with ADHD
I’ve spent over 20 years in educational leadership, and worked across hundreds of schools. If there’s one thing I’ve seen time and time again, it’s this: School systems weren’t built with neurodivergent kids in mind.
I saw it as a school leader, looking at yet another behavior report for a bright, capable student who wasn’t “fitting the system.” I'd see it in the requests for meetings of kids that "just won't focus" I’ve seen it across hundreds of schools, working alongside school leaders who want to support ADHD students but don’t always know how. And I’ve seen it as a parent, navigating these ins and outs of a school system where I have limited access to the day to day.
There’s a massive gap between what we know about ADHD (thanks to decades of neuroscience) and what actually happens in classrooms every day. That gap is where kids struggle, where parents feel unheard, and where teachers feel overwhelmed.
My Work Bridges That Gap.
I don’t just advocate for ADHD-friendly education—I help schools implement real, practical solutions that actually work. And I start with the parents and help them to build positive partnership with the school. All adults working together with one outcome - your child thrives in school with their ADHD.
I understand the system from the inside: the policies, the constraints, the reality of what happens behind the scenes. But I also understand what it means to be a parent in this system—and what it takes to get real change for your child.
What Happens When We Work Together?
We’re not just filling out forms or checking boxes. We’re building a real strategy that:
✔ Helps your child feel confident and capable in school (not just “accommodated”)
âś” Gives teachers clear, effective ways to support ADHD students
✔ Makes your child’s school experience easier—not just for this year, but for years to come
And here’s the bigger impact: When we get this right for your child, it creates a ripple effect that improves classrooms, policies, and entire schools.
This is the work I’ve dedicated my career to. Let’s make it happen for your child.
