Recent research shows that remote coaching is highly effective - in large part to increasing the access to coaching & allowing for highly flexible timing.

I find that having a skilled coach outside of one's work life also offers fresh perspective and maintains a different type of confidentiality. 

Each leader gets a customized digital playbook that we both contribute to during our 4 hours. This has materials from change management and behavioral psychology that leaders can reference at a later date.

All sessions are conducted via Zoom. During the intake process before the 4 hours start, leaders provide community context and the desired outcome. This helps us dive right in!

Since 2014, I've led programs and directly coached leaders in all settings (from large to small public schools, independent schools, parochial, charter and home-health care - including site and central office administrators). 

I've learned what must be customized to role and context and what are more universal leadership strategies and approaches. 

While this is great for new administrators, I've seen the overwhelming majority of clients are experienced and either changing roles or working to move their work forward after feeling stuck.
